Nanny is promoted to Queen: An American Cinderella story

Nanny is promoted to Queen:  An American Cinderella story

The U. S. “Givernment” and the parallel concept of the nanny-state won the presidential race of 2012.  Many Republicans proclaimed in despair that this was the tipping-point of America, perhaps tipping right off of the fiscal cliff.

The tipping seems to be happening to the old-line GOP; it may never recover…unless lessons are fully learned AND EMBRACED.  New partners and their values considered.

Hurricane Obama took the prize; the promise of what he could give out as the Queen Nanny was firmly accepted again.

Ask not what John Fitzgerald Kennedy proclaimed in his most famous line; today Americans have been fully and provably conditioned to believe they are entitled to ask big-government “what they can get out of the relationship.”

Since so much is taken from American citizens via taxes, levies, fees, tolls, fines, withholdings, confiscations, and rationalized theft of property in some instances, perhaps it makes sense to be expecting to get something redistributed back!

Of course, the equation necessarily creates winners and losers…politically precise.

But as economic producers and employers are virtually chastised and demonized for being successful, how can our new normal be anything but a downward spiral; think Greece and Europe in general as harbinger.

Post mortem columns – like popcorn at a movie theater - flood all media.  “Why me, Lord,” and “What did we do wrong?”…emanates and permeates the diatribe.  From bitterness to betrayal to bewilderment, many Americans are now confused about what this all means…

Groups that DID NOT turn out for R + R nationally - a foregone conclusion in (D) Maryland – included the critical mass of:

*Women:  media convinced them that Romney would withhold female personal services and funded birth control from them; WAR ON WOMEN!  We did not neutralized the N.O.W. who were obviously and publicly in the tank for Obama early on…

*Hispanics/Latinos - 70% went to Obama, despite that Obama failed his campaign promise of a path towards citizenship.  Ironically, many are conservative in philosophical outlook, and the RNC could not figure out how to capitalize on this!

*Blacks -  96% went to the incumbent Obama, about as predicted.  This distribution is far more skewed than an honest look at the issues should indicate.  There was zero outreach towards embracing blacks and their unique concerns, and that was evidenced by participation in rallies.  Republicans’ token efforts were easily dismissed and discounted; tantamount to capitulation.

…For the Tea Party, it means that a failure to engage with candidates that are actually running in many elections has meant that they are not even at the table; Republicans made sure this did not happen.

For Republicans, the Ron Paul impact, which could have been a unity of principle under the right circumstances, was dashed as the Tea Party concept – certainly by brand name – was even banished from the Florida RNC party convention… Quite the smoking gun!

Republicans declined to make adherence to The Founder’s Constitution a line in the sand.

Romney and Ryan didn’t even carry their own respective home states; Romney couldn’t even carry his vacation home state.  They shut Ryan’s tour down early.

In the end, the sitting president got his “revenge” as promised, and embarrassed many right-leaning pundits.

With the aid of progressive-media (formally the biased-media) Romney was successfully portrayed as the rich selfish white man from Bain Capital; quite far from the truth in overall posture.  Obama was successfully portrayed as the Queen of the nanny-state; defeater of hurricanes, caretaker to the impoverished. Because it wasn’t their fault…

Class warfare beat sincere optimism.  Nice guy failed against the outstanding ground game of the neighborhood organizer who used street-honed strategy.  Liberals had controlled the conversation.  Team Romney never got off of defense…

Methinks that America has not reached bottom yet; my fear is that day will come within the next two months.  Not because of the Mayan Calendar, but because of running out of “bread and circuses” used to placate the great unwashed masses.

Eventually, using international currency fluctuations to prop up our credit worthiness will collapse; trade wars will ensue.

The Government will enlarge, and the people will become more oppressed…they are transmitting this…

Now you know why the IRS is hiring 10,000 new agents, and why SSA – Social Security Administration has purchased 174,000 rounds of hollow-point pistol ammunition recently… without explanation.  DHS vehicles resemble that of Afrikaners.

There is only one more chance for Republicans to regroup; and that is to sincerely make thoughtful adjustments to their identity, and to embrace Tea Party principles…

…Because maintaining a status quo will simply assure more encroaching potential for tyranny.
